On April 24th, 2023 8:00 AM EST, SurgicalValet encountered a database storage-space issue resulting in users being unable to access the system. At 9:15 AM EST Emergency Maintenance was initiated to remediate the storage-space issue and all systems were restored by 1:22 PM EST. Infrastructure updates were implemented to the alerting system to better handle this type of issue going forward.
